Join us next week to discuss how we can overcome vulnerabilities in Southeast Europe related to foreign authoritarian influence and the spread of disinformation by developing the institutional, regulatory and technological capacities for building resilient society and institutions.
In recent years Southeast Europe is becoming more vulnerable with respect to foreign influence and hybrid threats. A primary concern is that Bulgaria and the countries from the region lack the institutional and technological capacity to detect and counter foreign influence operations and to address the critical governance vulnerabilities that enable them.
The conference will provide a platform for exchanging experiences and promoting the development of institutional capacity and digital infrastructure to tackle disinformation and other types of information manipulation and interference.
